All sessions to start at 10am, and finish around 12 noon, with an optional pub/lunch stop to be available nearby if possible.
These dates are provisional. Always check nearer the time in case of changes. For those who like What3words we have tried to put the location on. The What3words maps are difficult to pinpoint exactly, but should be somewhere close nearby.

Next Meeting:
Thursday 5 th November: Survey and probable clearing of gorse on Aldringham walks. Looking particularly at Leiston FP29 and Aldringham FP22, where problems have been reported. Meet at the small parking area on the Byway just north, off the Thorpeness Road, B1353, by Alexander Wood. W3W: Ideal.Cope.Scoping
Possibly Parrot and Punchbowl after.
Future Dates:
Wednesday 25 th November: Back to Snape to finish off clearing the path down to the seat, and have a look at FP22 which has been reported as overgrown. Meet in the usual parking area at the start of Sailors Path.
Probably Blaxhall Ship after.
Thursday 17 th December (as AV dinner is on 10 th ): Melton FP 22 clearing, if nothing more urgent comes up, details to follow.
We are always looking for new suggestions for working party activities. If you have any ideas, please let Nigel know. We are not getting much from SCC at the moment, so still need more tasks.
Most tasks usually include some light hand clearing, if you want to bring your own secateurs etc. We still have a few more new gloves from SCC and more new hi-vis waistcoats from Ramblers HQ, to be given out to anybody who has not attended at all this year so far.
A reminder that if anybody does require to use any tools or waymarking materials, they are now all stored in the 'Green Team' shed at the rear of the Town House in Saxmundham.
We are also happy to do any ad hoc work at short notice, when a few of us could get together and do any emergency work or repairs as necessary.
